Invested by Huace Film and TV, a collaboration of director Zhang Xiao Guang and scriptwriter Wang Li Ping together with Michelle Ye, Sun Fei Fei, Zhang Mo, Zhang Tian Lin, etc, produced a 28 episode series of 'Jiao Yi Sheng Ma Ma'. Ever since the breakthrough of peak ratings when it was first aired on Shanghai channel last year, it continued to excel with high ratings, stirring up again the popularity of sad series. Yesterday (3rd Mar), JYSMM was aired simultaneously on Hubei, Tianjin, Zhejiang and Hebei channels, welcoming the forthcoming International Working Women's Day with open arms!

'Jiao Yi Sheng Ma Ma' revolves around the background of two generations, the the construction of their relationship: When Jian Li gave birth to a daughter, Jian Xiao Dan (by Michelle Ye), her husband unfortunately passed away. Jian Li later adopted another daughter, Jian Yuan Yue (by Sun Fei Fei) abandoned three times by her true-blood mother Liao Zhong Qiu. At 14, Yuan Yue discovered her background, while Jian Li insisted she was her true born daughter as she loved her too much, but this caused Yuan Yue to begin to be rebellious. She kept taunting her sister Jian Xiao Dan and always went against her. One was pure like the water, the other was poisonous as the scorpion, a story of a good daughter and a bad daughter, a good mother and a bad mother, a good woman and a bad woman thus evolves…

TV series 'Jiao Yi Sheng Ma Ma' can be said to be the ultimate tear bomb, winning tears of audience ever since its first debut. It however stands out form the sad series in the past, it portrays the greatness of maternal love unconventionally.

Michelle Ye and Sun Fei Fei; Two beauties change in roles

The pair of opposing personalities sisters in the series were extremely appealing to audience, the extremities of their rising and falling of fates led the audience emotions fell along.

Michelle Ye who acted as bad woman in Hong Kong series 'Central Affairs' took a drastic change in role when she plays a kindhearted and gentle good woman. Michelle Ye who has always been known for refined acting perfectly portrays the inner heart sufferings, tolerance as well as strength of Jian Xiao Dan in the most touching manner, causing audience to fall in love with her unconsciously and winning praises ceaselessly.

Sun Fei Fei discarded her 'innocent beauty' image and plays evil woman, Yuan Yue, her excellent acting caused her character to be hated to the core.

How evil is Yuan Yue actually? Audience felt that being abandoned by her true-blood mother was not enough to cause her psychological imbalance. It was during spring when Yuan Yue realized the man she was in love with kept having eyes for her sister, Xiao Dan only, it was then the last straw was snapped.
