'Lady Cop, Papa Crook' has been receiving much attention since its release on 23rd Dec. As it is the only movie released during Christmas season, the police bandit theme of 'Lady Cop, Papa Crook' becomes one of the appeal attracting audience to the cinema. Yesterday, the movie's leading casts Sammi Cheng, Eason Chan, Michelle Ye, Chapman To and Kate Tsui were present at Hong Kong to attend the premier of LCPC.

At the premier, each star became the focus of attention by media. Michelle Ye who plays Eason Chan's wife in the movie naturally too became the centre of attention. Appearing in a black evening gown, director Alan Mak not merely praise Michelle Ye's acting to be great, also complimented her 'doll-like' appearance that night. Michelle Ye's impressive acting and her appearance as a pregnant lady for the first time was recognized by all. Although due to sensitive issues, most of her scenes were cut, Michelle appeared exceptionally humble while receiving recognitions from others. Sammi Cheng who plays cool and independent police officer in the movie, this figure also becomes among the appeal to watch the movie as this is after all her first work since her return to the industry. In addition to this, her collaboration with Eason Chan and Michelle Ye, the three worked together with great chemistry. It was disclosed that Michelle Ye and Louis Koo starring movie in 'Assassins' has completed its filming, and Michele is currently working with Simn Yam, Anthony Wong to work in a western movie of Director To's 'Vengeance'.
